Yes. To ensure your space meets our standards, the first cleaning will take longer than subsequent cleanings.

The best thing you can do is minimize clutter before cleaning. The more surfaces we can access, the better your cleaning will be.

Of course! We love our clients' pets. Pets left inside the house during the cleaning service will be protected in the best way. Under no circumstances will our staff allow pets to access the outside area of the house. We do not feed them or clean up pet waste.

If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance about your change of plans, and we will reschedule or cancel your cleaning immediately. Our operating hours are from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Cancellations on Mondays must be made by the previous Friday.

At JJ Clean Place, we provide all the necessary products and equipment to perform your cleaning. If you prefer, we can use your products. Please leave the products on the kitchen counter, along with a large trash bag and a roll of paper towels. The products must have labels with warnings and ingredients. We do not offer discounts for using client-supplied supplies.

We do not operate on Christmas, New Year's Day, Thanksgiving, Independence Day, Labor Day, and Memorial Day. If your routine cleaning falls on one of these dates, we will contact you in advance to reschedule. We work on various federal holidays. Unless you cancel the service, you can expect our cleaning team as scheduled.

At JJ Clean Place, your home will be treated with the utmost care. In case of an accident, we will contact you to discuss a fair and prompt solution. We ask that any irreplaceable items be kept in a safe place.

JJ Clean Place has full insurance and licensing for your protection and ours.

Our professionals are well-trained, experienced, trustworthy, and honest. We maintain strict control over our teams, requiring professionalism and commitment. Our teams wear JJ Clean Place uniforms, and we usually send two or three cleaning staff to your home depending on the service.

Your satisfaction is important to us! Our services come with a guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your cleaning, we will return within 24 hours and clean the unsatisfactory areas again at no additional cost to you.

We do not guarantee same-day reservations. However, depending on the day and staff availability, it may be possible to accommodate this request.

It is not necessary. If you wish, you can provide us with a key or a code for one of the entry doors or the garage. After cleaning, we guarantee your home will be locked and secure.

Although tips are not expected, they are greatly appreciated for a job well done.

Payments must always be made after the services are completed. You will receive a message notifying you that the cleaning is finished. Through this message, you can make payment via credit/debit card, Zelle using the company's phone number (404) 513-8269, or cash and check left on the kitchen counter.

We will be happy to perform additional cleaning tasks. Please contact us in advance to schedule and arrange an additional fee based on what is contracted.

Yes. We usually do not perform tasks such as cleaning toys, fireplace interiors, debris removal, cleaning irons, washing clothes, or dishes. However, we do perform internal cleaning of refrigerators and ovens upon request and with an additional service fee. Contact us for a quote for refrigerator and oven cleaning.

It is ideal to have professional cleaning every 6 months. In high-traffic areas, with pets or children, it is recommended every 3 months.

The average drying time ranges from 4 to 8 hours, depending on the type of carpet and ventilation conditions.
